Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Confie, a leader in the service industry, is looking for bilingual agents for our Call Center in Tijuana. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and are passionate about providing quality service, we want to meet you!

Job Summary:
Customer Service Representative – Car Insurance Support

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies. You will provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage, answering questions, and offering solutions to ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

If you enjoy problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow in the insurance industry.

Schedule:
Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM

Operations:
8:15 am to 6:15 pm Monday to Friday, 7:15 am to 3:15 pm Saturday, Off on Thursday and Sunday

Requirements:

Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
