Job Summary
Customer Service Representative Car Insurance Support

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will be to assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies. You will provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage, answering questions, and offering solutions to ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

Schedule
Training
Monday to Friday 800 AM to 540 PM

Operations
815 am to 615 pm Monday to Friday, 715 am to 315 pm Saturday, Off on Thursday and Sunday

Requirements

Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish B2 level or higher.
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
