descripción principales responsabilidades.
liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de cuentas por cobrar.
gestión de personas, incluyendo selección y contratación, integración, facilitación de capacitación técnica/funcional, medición del desempeño individual y del equipo, y proporcionar retroalimentación, asesoramiento y coaching según sea necesario.
colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de proyectos del propietario global del proceso de cuentas por cobrar, trabajando juntos en la excelencia, calidad y mejora de la eficiencia del proceso de cuentas por cobrar.
supervisar una parte del proceso de cierre de fin de mes para el área de cuentas por cobrar.
gestionar problemas escalados y brindar soporte a clientes externos e internos.
acelerar el valor y generar impacto realizando las operaciones diarias de cuentas por cobrar.
impulsar iniciativas de simplificación independiente/mejora continua y resolución de problemas, además de apoyar la mejora continua de procesos junto al propietario global del proceso, por ejemplo, optimización de procesos y flujos de trabajo, y mantenimiento de la documentación de procesos.
participar en la implementación de sap s/4hana.
trabajar en colaboración con distintos departamentos de finanzas y asegurar un nivel adecuado de satisfacción.
perfil buscado (hombre / mujer) requisitos indispensables.
licenciatura en contaduría, finanzas o carreras afines.
inglés avanzado indispensable - reporta al extranjero a nivel escrito y hablado.
mínimo 5 años de experiencia en cuentas por cobrar y 2 como líder.
