AR SPECIALIST

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is responsible for accurately recording all day-to-day financialtransactions for the Company related to the accounts receivable subledger.
This includes Revenue,Accounts Receivables, Credit Memos, Cash Receipts, Cash on Hand, and Undeposited Funds.
Assists themonthly closing of the Company’s books.
ssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following● Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Process accounts receivable for assigned entities.
Support the sales organization in reconciling customer accounts.
Manage the processing of cash, checks, and ACH receipts (including high volume physicalcash handling for operating locations).
Ensures accurate tracking of cash on hand.
Ensures accurate reconciliations of Undeposited Funds.● Assist in completion of monthly, quarterly and annual processes and projects.
Assist accountants with tax reporting (s, property taxes and excise taxes)o Assists in reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales metrics.
Assist accountants with monthly close processes and reconciliations.
Special projects as needed.● Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from variousdepartments within the company.● Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or withoutnotice.
