¿Por qué te necesitamos? Procesar facturas de proveedores y garantizar una codificación y captura de datos precisas.
Conciliar facturas con órdenes de compra y verificar las aprobaciones correspondientes.
Preparar y procesar pagos, incluyendo cheques, transferencias bancarias y electrónicas.
Conciliar transacciones de cuentas por pagar.
Responder a consultas de proveedores y resolver discrepancias en facturas.
Mantener registros y documentación precisos de cuentas por pagar.
