¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades? Implementar, en coordinación con casa central, planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos.
Dirigir, coordinar y supervisar a tu equipo.
Gestionar horarios, vacaciones y actividades de tu equipo.
Mantener una estrecha relación de trabajo con el personal de la tienda, fomentando un ambiente colaborativo.
Realizar el seguimiento y control de stock.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de control de caja.
Coordinar la correcta recepción y gestión de pedidos provenientes del canal de e-commerce y otros medios digitales.
Organizar la distribución de productos y garantizar su adecuada visibilidad en la tienda.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de imagen y orden establecidos por la empresa.
Analizar ventas, KPIs y costos, gestionando el presupuesto del local para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
Proponer mejoras continuas para optimizar la operación de la tienda.
¿Qué buscamos? Personas con experiencia previa en posiciones similares y liderando equipos comerciales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Título de Bachillerato completo.
Disponibilidad para jornada de 9 horas diarias, 5 días a la semana (con 1 hora de descanso intermedio y 2 días libres semanales).
