Supervisar la dirección, coordinación y estrategia del departamento de marketing para varias de nuestras marcas.
Hacer seguimiento del presupuesto y el plan de marketing, asegurando su alineación con nuestros objetivos de negocio y misión.
Establecer KPIs para cada una de nuestras acciones y posterior análisis de las mismas para presentación de resultados.
Continuo benchmark de estrategias del sector para estar al día de las ultimas tendencias.
Continua actualización de los Brand identities de las marcas.
Planificar y supervisar de campañas publicitarias y producciones que refuercen nuestra identidad de marca.
Supervisar planes de comunicación, eventos y acciones con influencers.
Supervisar y coordinar un equipo dinámico.
Colaborar con otros departamentos como Producto, Concepto/Arquitectura y Key Accounts.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Titulo universitario en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o afines.
Experiencia en gestión de presupuesto, ejecución de campañas de marketing exitosas, establecimiento de KPIs y análisis de resultados.
Experiencia mínimo de 7 años en roles de marketing, preferentemente en empresas de gran consumo y/o Fashion retail.
Nivel avanzado de inglés.
