Tu misión será liderar procesos de reclutamiento, selección y desarrollo del equipo, contribuyendo a fomentar un ambiente laboral óptimo y alineado con los objetivos de la empresa.
Nos enfocamos en perfiles proactivos, organizados, con excelentes habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
Principales responsabilidades Realizar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, contratación, onboarding y offboarding.
Realizar el control de asistencia.
Verificar cumplimiento normativo, seguimiento y proceso de licencias médicas, vacaciones, etc.
Gestionar evaluaciones de desempeño y desarrollos del personal.
Gestionar actividades y beneficios.
Preparar novedades para liquidaciones.
Brindar capacitaciones Visitar tiendas por gestión de clima, relaciones laborales y prevención de riesgos.
Representar a la empresa ante organismos estatales.
Implementación de proyectos de mejora continua.
Responsable de los servicios de oficina.
Presentar informes.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Profesionales de Recursos Humanos con experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares.
Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
Inglés nivel intermedio.
