Position Overview: Join our high-performing team, which is committed to providing top-tier support for Commercial Engineering. In this role, you'll be crucial in managing daily operations for the supported applications, as part of an expansive global team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing incident detection and resolution, planning and implementing changes, and maintaining compliance within a diverse application and infrastructure portfolio. This includes a strong focus on Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
About the Role:
As an Application Support Analyst - Enterprise Commissions, you will:
Ensure stable operation and reliability of Microsoft-focused infrastructure and applications across the portfolio, meeting business expectations.
Collaborate with application development and business teams to drive operational readiness, roadmap definition, and continuous service improvement for new and existing applications, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Maintain expertise in ITIL processes and manage incident and problem resolution, focusing on minimizing impact and improving operational health.
Articulate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, particularly within Microsoft environments.
Participate in significant upgrade initiatives and ensure all Microsoft technology-driven solutions and documentation are up-to-date.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, emphasizing proficiency in Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure.
About You:
You are a great fit for the role of Application Support Analyst - Enterprise Commissions if your background includes:
Robust experience supporting applications built primarily on Microsoft technologies, including .NET, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
2 to 3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst, with significant exposure to Microsoft environments.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and analyze business and technical metrics related to Microsoft technologies.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing and supporting applications within the Microsoft ecosystem and is eager to drive improvements in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
