ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and optimize the treasury function within the organization.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective cash management.
Provide weekly updates on cash balances across various accounts and institutions.
Maintain and update the 13week cash flow forecast and working capital, including intercompany transactions, on at least a weekly basis.
Analyze and streamline bank account structures at various institutions to improve scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with companys business units to prepare weekly cash forecasts and other cash and borrowing projection models coordinate with teams to identify and mitigate forecasting variances.
Assist the Finance team with the reconciliation of treasury related activities.
Develop Treasury internal control to ensure compliance within laws and regulations.
Support corporate accounting, corporate tax, financial planning, internal audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures.
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to treasury activities.
Support adhoc treasury projects and initiatives as required.
SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of proven experience in treasury operations or cash management, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting techniques and treasury processes.
Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis.
Experience with treasury management systems TMS and banking platforms.
Advanced or fluid English both verbal and written
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills including ability to utilize pivot tables, lookups, data tables, etc.
Proficient knowledge of credit card and merchant processing workflows
Experience with treasury system implementations or optimizations is a plus.
