Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level AI Consultant to join our HR Analytics team.
This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in AI and data analytics and make an impact by developing AI-driven applications tailored to HR processes and analytics.
As an AI Consultant, you will work alongside experienced data scientists and HR professionals to design and implement AI solutions that optimize workforce analytics, improve employee experiences, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Assist in Building AI Applications.
Support the development, testing, and deployment of AI models and applications for HR use cases, including predictive analytics, employee sentiment analysis, and workforce planning.
Data Collection and Preprocessing.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
Conduct EDA to identify trends and patterns in HR data, providing actionable insights for workforce strategy.
Model Development.
Assist in training and evaluating machine learning models (e.
., classification, regression) to support HR-related analytics.
Performance Monitoring.
Help monitor model performance in production, making updates and retraining models as necessary to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Documentation.
Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, processing steps, models, and findings for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Collaborative Projects.
Work closely with HR analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with HR goals.
Requirements Educational Background.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Programming Skills.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.
Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Basic Knowledge of Machine Learning.
Understanding of fundamental machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Experience with libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
Data Handling Skills.
Some experience with data preprocessing and visualization techniques.
Analytical Mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
Eagerness to Learn.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools in the AI and HR analytics domain.
Communication Skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams, translating technical concepts into accessible insights for HR stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Internship or project experience in data analysis, AI, or HR analytics.
Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques, especially for tasks like sentiment analysis.
Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) data or other HR-related datasets is a plus.
Exposure in building RAG based applications.
