e're currently looking for an After Sales & Quality Specialist for our Guadalajara Office.
In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as a team member in providing a great experience to our customers and suppliers through RMAs orders.
hat You'll Be Doing.
Responsible for the day-to-day post-sales activities, sales support and customer service tasks for specified customers/suppliers and assigned accounts.
Maintains efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.
Serves as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), suppliers, and customers.

Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve post-sales problems.

Support sales team with direct customer contact for post-Invoice issuesAttend/lead the supplier quality calls and set internal action plan and communicate to appropriate account team members.
hat We Are Looking For.
Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of electronic industry experience in customer support, planning, procurement or related.
ntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
xcellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
