We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate Supply Chain Planning (temporary 6 months) to join our team specializing in SC OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT for our CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México.
Job description.
The Supply Chain Planning Administrative Associate acts as an extension of general management, ensuring a positive customer experience and representing management to others.
This position involves providing administrative support and performing various tasks such as scheduling, drafting correspondence, sending emails, supervising visitors, answering calls, and responding to inquiries and requests.
In addition, it involves managing and placing orders in the system, tracking shipments and import processes, as well as supporting Mexico in established processes.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways.
Gather, compile, verify and analyze information for the creation of documents such as reports.
Facilitate smooth communication between general management and co-workers, as well as with external parties such as media, customers, suppliers and the public.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of management records and files.
Monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that office activities are performed in accordance with established budgets.
Order processing.
System order management.
Assign material to purchase orders.
Provide status of purchase orders.
Import processes.
Act as a formal resource for less experienced colleagues.
Follow up on purchase orders and import processes.
Provide follow up to established processes in Argentina.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need the following.
Data Analysis.
Office Suite Management.
Knowledge in Oracle System Knowledge in MOVEX system (Not essential).
Knowledge in Data Bases Knowledge in Logistic processes Basic-Intermediate English.
General supply chain knowledge.
