Billing & Bookkeeping Manage billing, invoicing, and filing to keep financial records organized.
Maintain QuickBooks and Excel records to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Track payments, orders, and deliveries to ensure seamless transactions.

Customer Service & Order Management Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.
Input and track orders using our proprietary system (training provided).
Monitor shipments and resolve any customer issues related to order processing.

Administrative & Organizational Support Handle secretarial tasks such as document management and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for orders, invoices, and payments.
Stay on top of day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
The Profile What Makes You a Great Fit QuickBooks Proficiency – Experience using QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping is required.
