he RoleWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Directors and People Managers.
This role includes managing complex calendars, travel plans, and associated expenses.
A successful candidate will understand the importance of teamwork and coordination with administrative support across the business organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly detail-oriented with the ability to make judgment calls with competing requests.
This position will be based in Los Gatos, CA.

roactive management of calendars for multiple executivesSchedule complex and high-visibility meetings and calls   Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reportsActively monitor agendas to ensure executives are prepared for meetingsCoordinate team offsite and onsite events Follow through and execution of requestsStrong cross functional partnership and communication across multiple teams and the Admins supporting those groups.
