We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Senior leaders in managing travel arrangements, expenses, meeting organization, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Travel Coordination.
Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and follow-up.
Meeting Organization.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including logistics Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
General Administrative Support.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with invoicing and expense management software is a plus.
Fluent in English PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a rigorous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Curious & solution-driven with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
