Please submit CVs in English JOB SUMMARY     As a Technology Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our technology products with a primary focus on Finance and Finance-related products and solutions.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product vision, strategy, and execution.
Your focus will be on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES     Define and communicate a clear product vision for Finance-related products, aligning it with business goals and market trends   Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identity opportunities and gaps   Work with business stakeholders to develop a roadmap that outlines product features, enhancements and releases   Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.
Translate and prioritize business needs into technical and analytical requirements that feed into product development and overall design.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle to p rioritize product features, modifications, and attributes, and clearly communicate these priorities to the development team.
Work with the data scientists and engineers to draft requirements, statements of work, budget estimates, scope definitions, timelines, and supplier line-ups.
Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)   Set up tools and processes to facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
Work with internal and external clients on identifying unresolved business needs to guide the team’s product strategy.
Monitor key product metrics such as adoption, defect volume, and defect resolution to identify areas of improvement   Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, launch, and support   Qualifications Degree (BS/BA) in in Information Systems or Management, Statistics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering, or related field required.
Understanding of business intelligence strategy and/or data science and engineering workflows.
Experience leading a high performing team and working across multiple stakeholders to deliver results while educating and growing team members.
Experience with roadmap, issue, and backlog management systems like Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
Experience with design tools like Figma.
Understanding of data and analytic model development, as well as an understanding of database concepts and architecture, as well as common analytic coding languages (Python, R, Scala, or Java).
Clear, precise communication of technical concepts to lay audiences, while also possessing the ability to translate business rules and directives into technical specifications.
Motivated and self-guided learner.

The annual base salary for this position ranges $ to   USD.
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position.
Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
