Accounts Receivable Specialist Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mex Your tasks will be.
Maintain up-to-date account receivables customer balances.
Follow up, collect, and allocate payments.
Perform account reconciliations.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Generates age analysis.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
Maintains records by keeping in folder debits, and credits fully approved.
To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have Education in Accountant, Finance, or any related field.
Computer package management.
2 years minimum of experience in related field.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
English Intermediate level.
Good customer service.
