OB SUMMARY.
he Accounts Receivable Dispute Analyst is responsible for supporting the collection team related to customer payment disputes and resolution of claims.
This person will become a valued member of our Global Business Services.
OB RESPONSIBILITIES.
rocess claims and follow set process flows on handling disputes, with the end goal of determining root causes of disputes and implement preventative measures to eliminate future recurrences.
ork directly with the collection team related to specific customers and related payment differences.
xtensive interaction with other areas within Tenneco to resolve disputes, including but not limited to location finance, sales, distribution, and pricing.
esponsible for account reconciliation and resolution of claims.
ollow up on issuance of credits to customers' accounts and offset open deductions.
OB REQUIREMENTS.
DUCATION.
ssociates or Bachelor's of Business/Finance preferred.
XPERIENCE.
-5 years of experience in high volume accounts receivable or related environment.
EQUIREMENTS.
roficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
xperience working in SAP in a business setting.
eet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
