Accounts Payable Specialist SoftwareOne Scope.
Full time-Permanent | Office.
Mexico City | Hybrid Model   Your challenges within the role will be.
The Accounts Payable fulfills an integral transactional, payment and reporting function in the Finance department of SoftwareOne.
What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting indispensable.
+1 year of Accounts Payable experience.
Solid understanding of Accounts Payable related tasks, must include experience with entering new and correcting general journal entries.
MS Office experience required including significant Excel knowledge is a must Advanced English.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Nice to have.
Navision knowledge.
Finance Shared Service Center experience.
Concur experience.
Fides bank processing experience.
Soft Skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, research and resolution skills.
Data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
Good prioritization and organizational skills.
Must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and have a professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
