Main Responsibilities
Accurately review, code, and perform data entry associated with vendor invoices.
Manage a large number of vendor accounts while staying compliant with company policies and procedures.
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Address and respond to vendor inquiries, both local and international.
Execute activities associated with the monthend close process according to the schedule.
Prepare corporate consolidation.
Maintain and update the vendor master data.
Update process documentation.
Support audit requests from countries and external audits PWC.
Perform internal transaction audits.
Process information in electronic systems.
Record employees social security contributions.
Perform account reconciliations.
Ensure SLA compliance.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of taxes
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related activities accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations, income and expenses, invoice payments
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related field.
Optional
Experience with JDE JD Edwards
General accounting and accounting operations knowledge
Customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting
Required Experience
At least 2 years of experience in accounting activities or customer service with basic accounting knowledge.
Languages
Conversational English C1, C2, or Native.
English is mandatory as the individual will interact with vendors and users in the USA and Canada.
