El objetivo principal de este puesto es garantizar la precisión, eficiencia y puntualidad en las transacciones financieras, apoyando procesos internos fluidos y manteniendo relaciones sólidas con nuestros socios estratégicos.

¿Por qué te necesitamos? Gestionar el proceso completo de cuentas por pagar, desde la captura de facturas hasta los pagos, asegurando puntualidad y cumplimiento con los términos de los proveedores.
Resolver discrepancias entre órdenes de compra y facturas con las partes internas y externas.
Supervisar, procesar y gestionar pagos a proveedores cumpliendo con los controles y políticas de la empresa.
Verificar, clasificar, calcular, registrar y publicar datos contables en el sistema Syteline.
Conciliar cuentas entre los sistemas SAP y Syteline.
Realizar análisis contables para garantizar la precisión de las entradas contables y la coherencia de los saldos.
Alinear prácticas contables con las iniciativas de presupuesto y pronóstico financiero.
Atender de manera oportuna las solicitudes de auditoría.
Asegurar que todos los procesos cumplan con los controles internos, políticas de la empresa y regulaciones financieras.
Realizar tareas contables y financieras asignadas por la gerencia.
Garantizar la calidad en los entregables en un entorno dinámico y orientado a resultados.
¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito? Dominio de MS Excel, incluyendo funciones avanzadas (VLOOKUP, Tablas Dinámicas).
Inglés conversacional (no negociable) Familiaridad con sistemas ERP, especialmente SAP, Syteline y Business One.
Capacidad para seguir procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP) con supervisión mínima.
