We are looking for an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST talent, to join our specialized CUMMINS team for our FINANCE department in SAN LUIS POTOSI, SLP, MEXICO.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** In this position you will have an impact by.
+ Preparing analysis and reports for the accounts payable team, recommending improvements in methods and processes.
+ Executing invoice and payment recording, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
+ Performing accounting reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
+ Acting as a single point of contact with supplier supporting accounts payable.
+ Acting as a single point of contact for internal and external audit.
+ Being responsible for the payment add-on process.
+ Preparing financial and statistical reports that provide visibility into accounts payable performance.
**QUALIFICATIONS** To be successful in this position, you will need.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Finance or related areas.
+ Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
+ Good knowledge of financial activities.
+ Accounting knowledge.
+ Excel management skills required, intermediate level (Macros, Pivot Tables/Pivot charts).
+ Mexican tax law knowledge (Billing 4.
) + Conversational Intermediate English level.
