Job Description Analyze customer trends, payments, disputes, and on-account information to proactively drive collections Coordinate with cash applications, invoicing, dispute, D&D, Sales, and other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Execute outbound telephone calls and other contacts to customers to resolve queries, requests, and disputes.
Communicate with stakeholders and customers via email, telephone, VC, and other channels Identify and mitigate risks on customer accounts by developing action plans.
Reconcile customer accounts and provide justification for ICP gaps within the group.
Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments and update client billing information.
Generate and process billing invoices.
Perform timely self-assessment for OTC controls and ensure 100% control effectiveness.
Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits.
Analyze revenue by customer, service, and volume mix.
Perform revenue closure and revenue certification.
Post tax entries on collection.
Support MDM in creating new customers.
Train and coach new team members.
Establish and follow up on selected performance management KPIs related to functional process areas.
Participate in and support testing and implementation of improvement initiatives.
Focus on making processes lean and efficient.
Partner in various key initiatives for OTC to drive process standardization and improvements.
Manage data in the OTC domain, including requesting, assessing impact, and following up on resolutions.
Who we are looking for.
A solid academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, providing a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
Strong English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
At least 2 years of work experience in accounts payable, accounting, cost control, and similar functions, with a deep understanding of financial processes and procedures.
Knowledge of SAP modules, particularly Material Management (MM) and/or Financial Accounting (FI), is a significant advantage, allowing you to leverage your expertise to drive process efficiency and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications, with the ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets.
