AIN ACTIVITIESExecute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
econcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.
nsure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR).
dentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function.
erform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts.
upport the external Auditors' mission.
EQUIREMENTS AND SKILLSCandidates should possess the following qualifications and skills.
achelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.
ood knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (Excel, etc.
).
nowledge of SAP.
luent Spanish; English is a must to have.
trong analytical skills and attention to detail.
spirit of initiative and autonomy.
sense of rigor and organization.
ood communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across different functions.
