\n POSITION.
Record to Report Accountant     PM a 7.
AM \n   \n MISSION.
\n In the role as an RTR Accountant she/he will be responsible for the recording of all relevant transactions into the General Ledger and the reconciliation of the assigned accounts monthly.
She/he will also support other finance operations by providing timely reporting as needed.
This role interacts with a wide range of internal stakeholders including other internal finance teams, senior accountants, and local business finance leads.
In the day-to-day role, she/he will be expected to complete the appropriate actions for the ledger in a timely and accurate manner to enable to correct reporting of the business financial performance.

AM   \n \n Execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
\n Reconcile general ledgers accounts, verifying accurate GL balances and ensuring proper and relevant support documentation.
\n Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and relevant regulatory requirements (such as IFRS, SOX/ICFR) \n Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function \n Perform analytical reviews on specific P/L accounts \n Support the external Auditors\u mission \n \n   \n PROBLEMS AND MAJOR ISSUES \n   \n The Record to  Report  function is vital for maintaining financial accuracy and compliance in organizations.

\n   \n REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS \n   \n Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills.
\n   \n \n Bachelor\us degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
\n A minimum of 5 years\u experience in accounting, financial reporting, and R2R processes.
\n Good knowledge of Microsoft standard tools (excel\u) \n Knowledge of SAP \n Fluent Spanish; English is a must to have.
