C-41 As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing Dairy accounts as well as creating new business and/or clients to meet and increase the sales budget and business profitability according to the established objectives and annual strategic plan.

Your Key Responsibilities Develop business opportunities and maintain existing ones to meet the annual sales budget.
Maintain a close business relationship based on mutually beneficial agreements.
Provide commercial support for the introduction of new materials to current clients and promote these materials to potential clients through commercial expertise, innovation, and technical support.
Negotiate prices, volumes, new projects, and develop commercial offers with clients according to the agreed strategy, keeping accounts healthy and profitable.
Understand and track customer needs according to client and market demands.
Review and fulfill accurate monthly sales planning to maintain inventories as precisely as possible.
Develop action plans following the established program with the global and regional team.
What You Bring Education.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
Language.
Intermediate to Advanced English.
4 to 5 years of experience in the Food Ingredients industry is desirable.
Commercial experience, preferably in specialty ingredients (cultures and dairy enzymes), flavors, and technical knowledge in food processes, dairy, and plant-based products.
