We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT MANAGER talent, to join our specialized SALES team for our LATIN AMERICA AFTERMARKET department for MEXICO.
**RESPONSIBILITIES** In this position you will have an impact by.
+ Developing, managing, and expanding business relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their business model, industry terminology, and purchasing processes.
+ Identifying current and emerging customer needs, designing and executing strategies to grow market share and support new business opportunities.
+ Promoting the benefits of Cummins products and solutions to increase customer value and share of business.
+ Negotiating and managing contracts, addressing customer inquiries, resolving escalations, and aligning expectations regarding accounts receivable, payment terms, and delivery capabilities.
+ Coordinating cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment across sales roles and internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.
+ Monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty, implementing initiatives to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
+ Providing accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and insights using Cummins tools, processes, and CRM systems.
+ Developing and executing account sales plans aligned with business strategy, identifying growth opportunities and enhancing customer value.
**QUALIFICATIONS** To be successful in this position, you will need.
+ University degree in Marketing, Sales, technical or a related subject or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
+ Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the industry, including direct interaction with customers or products.
Background in aftermarket business, B2B, or B2C environments.
+ Strong experience required with previous customer and/or product experience required.
Preferred experience in negotiating commercial or procurement contracts.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of data analytics.
+ Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
+ Is a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle Systems and Experience using Think-Cell.
