· Steers and validates provision of relevant information about the customer in the area of responsibility · Validates RFQ conditions, customer project portfolio development, the realization of potential customer target costs in area of responsibility and informs all relevant parties · Evaluates product changes regarding commercial factors · Drives the business on customer or car line level (margin contribution), the strategic business planning and the operational reporting · Approves and steers measures execution for margin improvements in the area of responsibility · Decides and negotiates with the customer in case that arbitration of customer volume/demand in order to optimize production costs · Acts towards the customer as first contact person and coordinates and tracks all topics/ escalations addressed from the customer · Manages positive positioning of LEONI at the customer regarding to image, marketing, brand proactively and customer feedback · Collects customer claims and co-ordinates solutions, car line level that all customer claims are negotiated and paid in the targeted time line with the requested result · Manages the on-time cash collection and overdue payments & deductions in the area of responsibility in co-operation with Customer Billing Required Skills.
· Bachelor's degree completed · Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position · Advanced English · Data, Gap, Trend, and Cost Benefit Analysis · Business Knowledge · Project Management Apply online.
