This involves analysing workforce trends, applying the latest HR strategy, long-term workforce planning and improving overall employee experience.
Those in talent and development strategy at PwC will focus on identifying and developing talent to enable the Firm's strategy.
Informed by market developments and people data, including strategic workforce plans, you will develop strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge and experience.
You will play a critical role in identifying and responding to the skills gaps within the Firm's current and future workforce as well as working with stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth that supports the attraction, retention and development of talent.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including.
Possessing knowledge of human resources policies and practices, preferably within a professional services environment; Liaising with local AC People Teams and their leadership to enable firm and/or business unit strategies; Assessing the current rewards process across ACs to understand where there are gaps and making recommendations for alignment; Conduct and analyze compensation surveys to support the firm's compensation strategy and maintain desired competitive market position; Contribute to survey designs and continuously identify market data needs and potential data sources; Research and analyze pay-related practices to make recommendations for potential opportunities for improvement; Advise Rewards Leader and HR Generalist on opportunities for driving the firm's pay for performance approach.
Develop compensation guidelines, ranges, presentations and procedures; Identify and help develop opportunities for continuous enhancements to an organization's rewards programs and related processes; Create guidelines for implementation of Total Rewards policies and procedures; Help project manage the annual compensation planning process meeting critical milestone dates; Labor Laws governing exempt and non-exempt status; and, Advise and educate HR professionals on compensation strategy and salary administration.
Identifying and addressing a point of view on findings, issues or tasks while implementing process improvements; Prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment; Managing details and processes while teaming with others to drive milestones and solve problems; Communicating, both orally and in writing, in a clear, concise manner; Delivering high quality work while juggling multiple tasks; Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping) while leading a team; Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review) while leading a team; Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging talent/performance technology trends and experience innovating with new HC technology tools; Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making by leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.; Leverage full suite of Microsoft tools to drive efficiency, productivity and collaboration.
