Main activities:
- Capital request to new introduction products or implement a new project.
- Engineering support in assembly process of connectors.
- New products launches introduction to Production lines.
- Quality and process documentations for the Fitting areas as Manufacturing instructions, Process technical sheets.
- Fitting process parameter checklists, PFMEA, Flow Diagrams, Quality Plans,Visual Aids.
- Routings, BOM’s, Engineering Change Notice (ECO), PCR’S.
- Process internal deviations.
- Problem solving techniques abilities such as a 5 Why’s, 8D, Ishikawa.
- Direct related to Continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S program, Setup Reduction, Scrap reduction Safety and lean Gemba, TPM, Job safety analysis, executer of Eaton IDEA program.                            

New products technician. EATON Hydraulics Division. (2015-2016).
Main activities:
New products launches introduction to Production lines.
Implementation (Pilots),Verify new programs are into Capacity studies.
Interpretation of drawings.
Generate process sheet.
Generate routings, BOM’s, Engineering Change Notice (ECO), PCR’S.
Visual aids.
Responsible of training  people in the new products introduced to the production lines.

 Supplier quality technician EATON Hydraulics Division. (2009-2015).
Main activities:
Inspection of raw material.
Interpretation of drawings.
Verification of PPAP's.
Notify suppliers when the raw material does not meet the specifications of the drawing.
Generate 8D in the wisper system
Follow up corrective actions with suppliers

- Model, analyze and improve products, processes and services, applying tools of industrial engineering and systems.
- Develop quality engineering methodologies for optimization and cost reduction.
- Design, plan and implement processes for the manufacture of products.
- Develop efficient technological support systems for decision making.
