WORKDAY HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Workday HCM Functional Consultant , you will have the ability to share
new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive

people, and society. Qualifications: ·       
2+ years of
related experience with Workday development or support in HR/Finance
implementation handling case management and platform support or experience as a
Workday end user. •        
Experience with
designing/testing/integrating a core HR system. •        
Understanding of
HR data models especially Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Security, business
processes and organizational hierarchies •        
Ability to
interact at all levels of the client organization. •        
Strong problem
solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement. •        
Ability to work
independently and have a pro-active attitude to learn and investigate. •        
Superior
Communication Skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal •        
Workday HCM
Certified, strongly preferred but not required. •        
Consulting
