Activities
Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of Workday functionalities, processes, and operations
Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions, including customizations, integrations, and configuration
Monitor and evaluate existing Workday processes and systems, troubleshoot any issues, and identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and develop strategies for achieving desired outcomes
Lead the design and development of Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to ensure data accuracy
Train and mentor team members on Workday best practices and processes
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions
Stay uptodate on the latest Workday technology trends and innovations
Develop and maintain an understanding of the business needs of PwC and the industry in general
Provide technical advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
