Senior Angular Tech Lead at BairesDev
Join as an Senior Angular Tech Lead, guiding a team in developing cuttingedge Angular applications. With your advanced knowledge of Angular and frontend development, youll set technical standards, drive project success, and ensure the delivery of highperformance web applications, fostering innovation and technical growth.
What you will do
Define the technical direction for Angular development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead and manage a team of Angular developers, setting clear objectives and promoting collaboration and professional growth.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle of Angular applications, from conception to deployment.
Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, focusing on Angular and related technologies.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in Angular development, assessing and implementing cuttingedge technologies and methodologies.
Facilitate communication between the Angular development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.Heres what we are looking for
7 years of experience with Angular.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
Indepth knowledge of Design Patterns.
Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
Strong experience in application security best practices.
Proven track record in developing and integrating largescale applications.
Expertise in both backend and frontend development areas.
Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CICD pipelines.
Expert understanding of clients requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decisionmaking, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
