Python Engineer Manager Scraper Team at BairesDev

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python Engineer Manager to lead our Scraper Team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the development of a new product, collaborating closely with Product Management, Architects, and the CTO. You will be responsible for building and growing a highperforming team while ensuring the delivery of highquality software.

What Youll Do

Build and grow a talented engineering team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
Collaborate with Product Management to define the product roadmap, MVP, and key metrics.
Work closely with Architects and team leads to define the products architecture, ensuring scalability and robustness.
Manage the project lifecycle, including driving scrum meetings and ensuring timely delivery of features.
Actively participate in the development and testing of key product features, maintaining a handson approach.

What Were Looking For

7 years of experience in software development and delivery.
5 years of experience with Python, with strong expertise in web scraping.
Proven experience in team building, coaching, and collaboration.
A businessoriented mindset with the ability to align technical efforts with company goals and provide visibility into business metrics.
Ability to design endtoend modular solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
Expertise in eventdriven architecture within AWS SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambdas.

Bonus Skills
2 years of experience with APIs and REST systems.
