FP and A Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for an FPA Manager to join our finance team. You will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and profitability of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow with one of the fastestgrowing companies in the industry
What You Will Do
Manage the companys annual budget and its revisions.
Manage a team of FPA analysts.
Review and improve the budget control process and ensure compliance.
Review with business unit leaders the variances of their overheads versus budget and expense reestimates.
Follow up on corrective actions.
Identify issues and eliminate unnecessary spending.
Prepare financial reports for top management and the Board of Directors.
Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business.
Help the Director of Control with daytoday operations.
Heres what we are looking for
Degree in economics or industrial engineering.
MBA, or Masters in Finance.
10 years of finance experience controlling, FPA, accounting.
2 years of experience in an FPA Manager position in a multinational company.
Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English.
Desirable
Knowledge of SAP Business One, SAP R3, or SAP S4HANA.
Cost management experience
SQL, PowerBI, andor Tableau.
