L&P Bedding Group   What you will be doing? Overseeing shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance on our weekend shift.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6am - 6pm Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability Managing workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results Managing KPIs and provides production reports to the Production Manager Working with production team to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives Encouraging safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel Achieving acceptable quality and OTD requirements Improving efficiency, productivity and reduce scrap to achieve product cost targets Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures   We’re looking for a production supervisor with.
