Warehouse Leader

Education Industrial Engineer or similar Essential

Objective Ensure the processes of receipt, storage, shipping, supply and evacuation in the plant, protecting the integrity of the staff and resources. Apply established procedures to avoid accidents and poor quality costs, meeting the organizations objectives on time.

Required Intermediate Advanced Conversational English
1 to 2 years of experience
Indispensable degree
Management of staff of approximately 10 people
Problem or conflict resolution

Main Activities
Assign Resources Provide resources for shipping and production.
Indicator Compliance Ensure 100 compliance with objectives.
Inventory Conduct physical inventory and guarantee reliability.
Storage Control Comply with storage criteria.
Data Capture Update receipts and entries in the E Smart system.
Safety Supervision Ensure the integrity of the staff.
Daily Meeting Inform the staff about priorities and protocols.
Compliance with the QMS Maintain 100 in quality procedures.
