om Responsibilities Responsible for the handling, receipt, and identification of materials in the different warehouses of UMD is done correctly traceability of raw materials in process, stored until the finished products delivered to customers.
Assure that raw material is used according to FIFO.
Assure all obsolete materials are segregated and done correctly.
Assure that correct shipping, palletization, and handling on finished goods to sterilization site.
Responsible of performing inventories in production and warehouse of UMD.
Responsible for communicating stock levels to BUID.
Responsible for the indirect budget of the accounts used by Warehouse and Import/Export To follow up on all corrective actions from the warehouse as well as the investigation, implementation and follow up Assure to make a cycle count of the different warehouses.
Assure to make cleaning routines in the warehouses.
Responsible that attend the audit of the different customers and authorities.
Assure that the handling and requirement of indirect materials is in accordance with the procedures and production requirements.
To follow, develop and acting according to Quality Assurance System based on ISO & FDA CGMP regulations.
To secure that the imports and exports can be done for a low cost as possible, asking for the corresponding permissions and authorizations for the payment of the duties to the foreign trade are lowest possible, therefor the fees of the customs brokers.
Coordinate with Mexican and American Custom Brokers the correct information to cross or send the raw material and finish goods.
Follow and prepared the audit complete in foreign trade for Secretaria de Hacienda y Crédito Publico (SHCP) and external audits for avoid any kind of infractions or penalties to the law.
To secure that the transports who provide service to the imports and exports are in good conditions so that the material doesn't have any damage.
Follow and update in the established article by the law for the return of the merchandise concerned temporarily within the term established including the return of the production waste, its transportation and confinement.
To secure the technical support and update the inventory system requested by the attachment 24 of the law.
To provide and coordinate the information necessary, previously to any importation or exportation with the personnel of BUD or UMD when requiring.
To maintain the procedures, formats and work instructions according with the different authority’s regulation.
To develop internal audits and to our external suppliers based on OEA requirements.
To follow up and compliance on all corrective actions from the different certifications like OEA and IVA & IEPS.
To secure that all the invoicing of the services that we received are in accordance with the annual done and quoted service.
Annual presentation of reports to the different government agencies.
To monitor that TIB's are closed on time with US authorities.
To coordinate that the warehouse and Import/Export departments the different movements of the transportation for a better flow of the materials and to avoid the accumulation of trailers that can cause delays in the processes.
Assure the monthly report of the Attachment 31 in the SCCCyG.
Responsible that the COFEPRIS permits are entered in time as applied to each product.
Complying with the company quality policy.
Requirements.
University Degree required.
Advanced English level 5 years minimum experience International Commerce.
Handling the harmonized Tariff Schedule.
Custom law and Regulations; International Commerce law and Regulations.
Free trade agreements with USA and Europe Regulations.
Fiscal Federal Code.
FDA Regulations.
MRP system experience.
Inventory and warehousing experience.
Software utilization knowledge.
