Compliance and Safety.

Customer Success Relations.
Handle direct communications with customers regarding shipments, quality issues, and returns.

Reporting and Analysis.

The Profile Qualifications.
Proven experience in warehouse fulfillment with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer operations.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with inventory software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to improve operational performance.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
