Crear y publicar calendarios de planificación de operaciones (S&OP) para maximizar la eficiencia de la planta.
Alinear la producción con los cambios en el calendario de fabricación.
Gestionar las curvas de lanzamiento de nuevos modelos para proteger la planta durante los lanzamientos.
Distribuir los requisitos de manufactura diarios para su implementación.
Mantener y presentar el archivo de presupuesto diario para alinear la producción futura.
