We are currently searching for a Voice Engineer with Genesys.
Responsibilities Design and implement voice network integration strategies using Genesys Cloud and Cisco technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess voice communication needs during mergers and acquisitions.
Manage voice network migration and troubleshoot issues related to call quality and connectivity.
Coordinate with external vendors and provide technical support during integration phases.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Certifications like CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or CCIE Voice are a plus.
Proven experience with Genesys Cloud, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, and Contact Center Express.
Expertise in voice gateways, SIP trunking, and voice codecs.
Desired Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with network security principles.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
