Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Veeva RIM Submission Veeva and LS Regulatory.
Experience in Research and Development is a plus.
This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.
The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our regulatory submissions.
Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for Veeva RIM Submission projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.
Provide technical expertise in Veeva and LS Regulatory to guide the testing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines during the testing phase.
Identify document and track defects and issues to resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for identified defects and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and report on testing progress including key metrics and milestones.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing activities and outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the companys quality assurance policies.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Veeva RIM Submission Veeva and LS Regulatory.
Have experience in Research and Development which is considered a plus.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
Have experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.
