About the role The Travel & Entertainment Analyst will be responsible of overseeing all operational and accounting activities related to employee travel expense processing and accounts payable.
It will also include active participation in Finance Shared Services initiatives, projects and GMF strategic planning initiatives related to operational expense efficiency.
What you need Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related.
Advanced English.
Will be evaluated in interviews.
Knowledge of Oracle Accounts Payable Module (Preferred) Knowledge of basic tax procedures (VAT and miscellaneous fees) Experience in Finance or Finance Shared Services Organization (Preferred) General knowledge of accounting / finance with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
Good analytical skills are required.
Proactive with a drive for process improvements and addressing customer needs.
Highly organized with good communication skills.
Strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail.
Goal oriented and focused on results.
What you will be doing Review/audit of employee expense reports.
Process reimbursement of expenses to employees.
Provide employee cash advances.
Monthly administration of employee cash advances.
Lead for providing support and policy orientation to employees on T&E guidelines.
Timely and accurate accounting and reconciliation of travel expenses and purchasing cards.
Provide monthly T&E reporting.
Support corporate card administration (AMEX).
Provide monthly reporting to Compliance Department detail of relevant transactions.
Ensure compliance with policy and support internal audit reviews.
A strong focus to customer service, following process guidelines and ensuring compliance with Company’s policy.
