Trade Marketing Specialist • Location.

Marketing Overview We are looking for a talented Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Marketing team in our Warsaw office.
You will be responsible for supporting our team to prepare best in class commercial plans for the Polish business.
As a Trade Marketing Specialist your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial team, especially working on POS management.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working in project management and coordinates well among different departments within the team.
Responsibilities.
As a Trade Marketing Specialist you will be a core member of the commercial team as you will provide support across a range of different areas including POS management, master data and helping with payment processes as well as dealing with suppliers.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for include, but are not limited to.
Display management / project management Creating Product codes in SAP Product Catalogue Update Logistic data update Internal databases update Negotiating with relevant vendors and handling the payment process of purchase orders Contacting suppliers as needed Warehouse POSM management Experience you'll bring.
Previous experience in FMCG is preferred Previous experience in a department such as Logistics, Planning, Operational Marketing or Demand Planning is required Experience in Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales is highly beneficial Must be fluent in English & Polish (oral and written) MS Office knowledge is required Behaviors you'll need.
