You will coordinate activities for material procurement, component fabrication, and device validation, ensuring compliance with product specifications, tolerances, and ergonomic functionality for the end user.
ollaborate with a cross-functional team to review the design and construction of tooling, perform validations to ensure the product meets specifications, ensuring repeatability and geometry.
lace orders and follow up on the supply of tooling materials and/or equipment to ensure timely implementation, as well as organizing and validating test executions.
oordinate and/or participate in the Geometrical Approach team.
reate technical documentation in compliance with industry standards and applicable legislation, with special emphasis on Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
evelop a tooling maintenance program in accordance with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) requirements.
erform process adaptation to facilitate assembly.
romote and support the development of a training plan for tool technicians.
rovide support with information and recommendations for work orders (WO) received in the department for manufacturing.
inimum Requirements.
xperience of 3-5 years in the automotive industryDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fieldAdvanced English proficiencyWillingness to work on-site in Tultitlan, State of Mexico.#J--Ljbffr
