Professional Development
Responsibilities
1. Review business requirements. Analyze functional system changes and integration points.
2. Create test strategies, plans, and test cases based on analysis
3. Prioritize tests based on high, medium and low criticality
4. Write test scripts based on test plan covering all phases of testing.
5. Review test plan and test cases with team
6. Execute functional, Integration and regression test cases
7. Identify and record Defects
8. Familiarity with ADO or Agile project tools
9. Provides support and retesting during User Acceptance testing
10. Work collaboratively with the Project Teams. Change and Release Management, Application Support Teams to ensure transparent, integrated processes and seamless support delivery.
11. Keep up to date with standards and requirements of Software Quality Assurance best practices
Qualifications
12. Possess excellent communication and partnership skills
13. Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in IT related field or equivalent education
14. Experience with SAP, .Net and mobile application testing preferred
15. Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps or equivalent test management tool
16. Experience with test automation such as Selenium, Tosca, TestComplete or equivalent is helpful
17. Basic understanding of methods and processes used in Application Lifecycle Management and industry standard software quality assurance practices.
18. Experience with Agile preferred.
19. Proven problem solving and analytical skills
20. Associated Degree in a Computer Science field or equivalent combination of education and experience
