Jump in and join the ride! What you will do? promptly to and resolve issues and incidents related to Test tools and applications in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Including VCATS, Puma2Share, ComTest, and other lab-related apps.
Provide Technical support, technical expertise and guidance to business, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
Manage solution deployment, configuration of application updates, patches, change management, and new releases Collaborate with Product Owner to improve and enhance solutions, tailoring solutions to keep current for evolving business needs.
Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of critical Test applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new projects and operation initiatives Actively participate in project planning and management activities, contributing to project plans, execution, delivery, and risk assessments.
Communicate closely with the global teams to stay updated on new technologies and strategies, enhancing local capabilities and strengthening cooperation.
Proactively learn emerging technologies to support evolving business requests and innovation.
Develop and maintain an IT operation Knowledge Base, including comprehensive documents for application support procedures, configurations and incident resolutions.
Do you fit the profile? Education • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
Experience • 3-5 years of experience in a large organization or multinational company, automotive industry preferred.
• Experience in the Testing area be a big plus, particularly in the evaluation of powertrain • 3 years of experience in Application support, with a mix of operation and tech environment.
• Proven experience in project coordination, demonstrating the ability to assist in coordinating cross-functional teams for multi tasks.
• Good experience to demonstrate a good business communication and networking capability.

• Software coding skills and experience in Python and Java are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address issues in complex environments.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams through strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical abilities and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including networking, servers, and clouds.
• ITIL certification is highly preferable.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
