om/sites/CS/) **Job Summary:** Provides data entry support for key health and safety initiatives including data collection and reporting through required HSE systems, maintaining records for occupational health and safety training and coordinating and assisting in meeting preparations.
**Key Responsibilities:** Maintains local health and safety policies and procedural documentation.
Maintains local regulatory health and safety requirement documentation.
Maintains confidentiality and appropriate recordkeeping standards in line with corporate data protection and retention requirements.
Builds an understanding of HSE culture.
Stops work and immediately reports any major injury hazards.
Supports the reporting of any work-related injury, illness, incident through enterprise incident management system.
Communicates effectively to create safety awareness.
Tracks and reports required monthly metrics to the enterprise incident management system.
Maintains site health and safety training content documentation.
Coordinates and assists in delivery of health and safety training programs.
Facilitates health and safety inspection and audit programs.
Maintains training records and assist in trends analysis.
Provides appropriate data reports as requested and assist in trends analysis.
Facilitates health, safety and wellness initiatives.
Participates in local employee engagement initiatives to drive an interdependent culture.
Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures.
Raises issues to minimize cost and quality exposures.
Performs quality checks.
Identifies and controls non-conforming material.

Work Related Injury and Illness Management - Communicates and documents work related injuries or illnesses through application of Cummins reporting guidelines and relevant regulations to classify and manage the event and its consequences as well as achieve regulatory compliance; cares for the affected employees by facilitating clinical treatment practices and applying case management processes to restore the employee to his/her normal condition.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications:** High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
A two year University degree in Industrial Safety or related field preferred.
**Experience:** Minimal or no work experience required.
**QUALIFICATIONS** 1.
Conduct monthly HSE audits.
Know standards.

Monitor HSE operational controls in operational and Service areas.
Induction to GISEHS.

Provide support in the incident investigation process.
