TECHNICIAN, SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEERING (SQT)

SQT Technician selects the appropriate equipment to measure and verify the reported dimensions and records the information in database/report format for review with Supplier Quality Engineers or other support departments.
Updates inspection plans with relevant information and supports assembly lines and inspection department receipts.
Responsibilities.
Work with supplier quality engineers to determine the appropriate measurement tools for first item approval (SPAP).
ecords measurement results in the SPAP report and communicates results.
ollows up on matters reported in receiving inspection.
erifies and confirms raw material defects with the use of measurement tools in conjunction with support departments.
oordination of sorting and rework of raw materials.
Qualifications.
Technical Career completedExperience 1 to 3 yearsEnglish 60%Minimum 2 years of experience in measurement and statistical systems.
